Kate Skubecz is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law since 2003. She founded The Law Office of Katherine Skubecz in 2013 with the goal of advocating on behalf of employees negotiating employment contracts.
Prior to founding her own law firm, Ms. Skubecz developed strong litigation and negotiation skills representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of practice areas. Most recently, Ms. Skubecz worked at a Boston law firm representing victims of security fraud in national class action litigation cases. Previously, Ms. Skubecz represented defendants at a Philadelphia law firm where she developed core litigation skills through a diverse practice in both state and federal court. Those cases included First Amendment and media law, products liability, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Skubecz holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2009 and in Pennsylvania in 2003.
